Welcome to Our New Blog!
First of all, we would like to say thank you for taking the time to check out our new blog! This blog is dedicated entirely to our cleaning business! You can come here to learn more about our business, what's new with our business, and any special offers we are currently doing. Keep in mind, we are new at this, so it may take us some time to really get the hang of using and updating our new blog.
For those of you who may not know much about us, we'll let you know a little bit more about our business. We are a small, two person cleaning business servicing all of Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. We clean any size apartment, house or office. We also offer laundry services to our clients for an additional cost. Because we are a small, privately-owned cleaning business, we believe there are several things we can offer you that other cleaning companies can't.:
1. We are flexible: When we say we are flexible, we are not only talking about with our schedule but also with being flexible to meet your specific requests and needs when it comes to cleaning your home or office. We are also willing to work with you on making sure everything is being cleaned to your personal expectations. We let you tell us how you want your home or office to look, and we make it happen!
2. W e are professional: We both have a significant amount of experience in cleaning both homes and offices, including a hospitality degree with a focus on housekeeping.
3. We are reliable: If we say we will be there, we will not let you down!
4. We are respectful: We have the utmost respect for all of our clients. This includes respect for our clients' time, privacy, expectations and belongings.
With the holidays rolling around again, we know everyone is busier than usual. We just want to take a moment to let everyone know that we would be happy to provide our cleaning services to you and your family during the holiday season. Every home and office should be ready and looking good for holiday parties and guests (whether expected or not). Let us worry about getting your home or office looking great, so you can check that off of your long holiday to-do list!
Currently, we are focusing on growing our client base, both with our home cleaning and our office cleaning. In order to grow our home cleaning client base, we offering 10% one cleaning visit to our clients who help us acquire a new client through a referral from them. The discount will be good to use on any cleaning visit after the referral has been our client for one month. We have found that the most successful way to grow our business is through referrals from our regular clients. After all, we wouldn't even have a business at all if it weren't for our regular clients, so as always, we want to tell you all how much we appreciate your business, loyalty and recommendations! As for growing our office cleaning client base, we are currently offering a 20% discount on one cleaning visit to any new office clients if they schedule a cleaning appointment with us before December 1, 2011.
